HOW TO REGISTER

You must register before accessing Online Services to view details of your Tax Account, Assessments, Bill Summary or Transaction History

  • Click on Register on the upper right of the screen. Complete your user name and create a password (requires 7 characters). Create a name that you would like displayed on your account and enter your email address.
  • Click Register. Once registration is complete click on your name at the upper right hand corner and choose Add New Account.
  • Select account type PT-Property Taxes, enter the 8 digits of your roll number (including the decimal) and the access PIN number from your property tax notice.
  • Click Save. You may add more than one property tax account by choosing Save and Add another New Account.

The Village of Chase now brings you the convenience of managing your account on line. You may view details of your Tax Account including Assessments, Transaction History and Bill summary as well as claim your Home Owner Grant.

You do not need to register to claim your Home Owner Grant

You will need your your roll number and your access PIN number printed on your Property Tax notice. You may also obtain your PIN number by calling the Village office at 250.679.3238 or email us at chase@chasebc.ca

  • Click the link below to claim your grant.
  • The jurisdiction number will default to 512 - Village of Chase. Enter the roll number (8 digits following the 512, including the decimal) and the access PIN number. Click Claim Home Owner Grant.
  • Complete the Home Owner Grant form and click Claim. A confirmation will appear, click Cancel to edit or Okay to continue. Once your application has been submitted you can print a copy for your records by clicking the Print button.
